REFUND POLICY | Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT USA LLC  We value high-quality tractors and construction equipment as well as excellent customer service. However, due to the specialized nature of our products, our return policy is tailored to specific situations.

General Return Policy

No Returns:
We do not accept returns for our equipment once it has been delivered and used, unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.

Defective or Damaged:
If your tractor or other equipment arrives damaged or develops a defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at +1(908)3491437 or by email at office@heavyequipmenttransportusa.com.

Damaged Goods:
We will inspect the equipment and determine if a repair, replacement, or refund is possible.

 

Proof of Purchase:
For a return or exchange, we require a proof of purchase, e.g., a receipt. B. Your order number or invoice.

 

Shipping Costs:
For returns due to damage or defects, we will cover the cost of shipping the equipment back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired tractor to you.

 

Exceptions:
This policy does not apply to damage or defects caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Procedure
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving the returned tractor.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that any restocking or other applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Information
Custom-made items: This policy also applies to custom-made items, with the exception that custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
